Yep, any TD made after the declaration is posted and leader is notified counts unless both sides publicly agree to set a specific start time that rolls around AFTER the declaration.

Also, the word you were looking for is fare @ LS

Unless otherwise agreed upon in the terms of a war, the only thing that has a delayed start is the lifting of the bashing rule.

Also...TD damage only counts if a DF was created...no defense bashing allowed...also...no mercs are allowed.
