(Wanted to wage war on Humanitarian State Empire, but I don't think a war can be a 1v1)

Both members of BAG are very (iI) in game, as well as below the 10K limit. Maybe find an active alliance to wage war with?

wars are automatically declared a DRAW if the leader of either alliance becomes inactive or every member of either alliance becomes inactive.
Looks like an epic war just took place
