Invididual bs alliances and alliances vs individuals are totally acceptable.
There is no need for this limit.

this is wrong. i was not notified of this war till i read the entry, sniper_echo does not have the right to declare war on the galactic peace alliance in the name of Action man(lol). he can feel free to attack them on his own but the rest of the alliance will not join in with it. war over.....1 on 1 begins
