1.) United Planetary Alliance merges with the empire
or.
2.) SithEmpire surrenders.

Make sure you take every possible action to let the leader of United Planetary alliance aware of your action. Also, please take note that the bashing rule will remain in effect for 24 hours after the start of your war.

also, whos their leader i asked as many of their members as i could find to ask and i got nothing.

If you want to declare a war you must do this research yourself. Get the leader to post his acceptance/surrender here. You will be excused from the bashing rule 24 hours after the declaration is posted.

Please observe the rules:

1. Wars are not ended until:

a. One alliance surrenders.
b. One alliance disbands.
c. Both alliance leaders agree to a mutual peace and declare it in this forum.

The leader of the UPA is inactive, so can't surrender or merge, or be made aware of the war.

Then you cannot war with this alliance, war over.
