well Raphael is already attacking me... but i was able to move most of my resouces.

well yeah for war to be valid leader needs to be PM'd...he can attack you at anytime..just not bash till 24 hours after you are notified of the war

Not true. Nothing in the war rules exempts a hit after war is declared on the forums.
