me and my alliance really wants to go at war with him.

These are the reasons why-

Disrupting our own private space by saying mocking comments
Farming some people in our alliance
Swearing at our alliance

We are going at war with only one person.
You thought you had a easy path to victory, before i stepped in the path!

Exactly as Slash said.... which means this war is still active unless one of the terms of the war have been met.

1. Wars are not ended until:

a. One alliance surrenders.
b. One alliance disbands.
c. Both alliance leaders agree to a mutual peace and declare it in this forum.

Still means you are at war. There's problems with declaring so many. Some people don't care. Some wars are impossible to end. Declaring so many can make you look like an *** or just a n00b.

Well i think this war isnt going to end then, becuase he isnt active an the forums, and we have stopped attacking him.

The forums is not the only place to contact the player.... When it is said you must make every effort to contact the player or alliance you are going to war with, that means forums, in-game and any other means of contacting that come to mind. This may include, pm'ing other players in the alliance to find out if the leader is around or has been and how to contact them. If you have made every effort to contact then that is good. As for the closing of a war topic... you know the rule on that. You want it closed and can't get a surrender from the other leader or the two of you have not come to a mutual peace and both declare it in the topic for their war, then guess you will have to surrender. *shrugs*

None of us lost anything, and this section of the forums is usless... just to get this locked, i surrender
