Speaking as a Player and this is not directed at any one alliance...

This is a war game.. yet as soon as one alliance declares war on another they can surrender... Surely a declaration of war should not be able to be rejected. makes a mockery of the game.

Maybe a Surrender should result in that alliance being disband...just an idea.. but this is not the place to discuss this..
