It now appears that he has left the game. He didn't appreciate that attacking a player, constantly, for no reward is a very good thing to do. However, seeing as that why war was declared on him for this, launching missiles for no gain or reward, just because he could. A pity that he couldn't be reasoned with, a particularly obnoxious piece of work. Good riddance. There are not that many players in the game that I dislike, only one other in the past. However, I don't think ZE needs this kind of player.
