He keeps trying to farm my new planet everyday with about 10LCs, but only ends up getting around 200k from my leftovers...I however farm him all the time now so he can't rebuild any fleet. So my guess is he's just embarassed :? .

Rj, you're right...now I haven't had him farm me for a few days. This is getting ridiculous, the war is pointless. He has no fleet and no res to build another one up.

From the war rules:

The moderating team will make every effort to determine whether the declaring alliance remains active and wishes to continue the war. If no response is received from any of the declaring alliance membership and there is evidence that no activity has occurred against the defending alliance in 72 hours the topic will be closed and the alliance with the highest posted TD declared the winner.
There is enough evidence to end this war if The Guard wishes to end it. This would make King the winner as he has the most TD posted, however.
