2. no active participation in the war by the defending alliance
3. the leader of the defending alliance is in v mode
4. no communication of any sort by any member of the defending alliance
5. the attacking alliance is running riot

i move for an amendment of war rules

the attacking alliance should be declared the winners in such cases or the war be declared null and void..

It's a pure case of game forfeit. Obviously micro-soft inc has given away the war.
In a war either you accept the challenge or try to avoid the aggression through negotiation. If there is not negotiation then, war should be won by the challenging party by default.
Outcome of the war is another case.

He's not fighting back. That's what happens in wars. But since you're still posting CRs, this war is totally valid.

As a member of the RAWK alliance, we'd ignore a war too. Totally useless propositions in most cases.

Next time maybe you'll pick a real target rather than just declare on the first person who pees in your wheaties.
