The proposal has been made with supporting discussion that an amendment be made to the War Rules.

Issue: Alliances declaring wars against others without war activity for a significant period of time.

Rule Amendment:

In the event that a declaring alliance shows no active participation in a war they have declared, the defending alliance may petition the moderating team to have the war closed.

The moderating team will make every effort to determine whether the declaring alliance remains active and wishes to continue the war. If no response is received from any of the declaring alliance membership and there is evidence that no activity has occurred against the defending alliance in 72 hours the topic will be closed.
