just to point this out AZG have 12 members and SIN have 18

XD we have 8 members that aren't in V mode, 5 are above 10k, and the only none turtles are between 20k to 35k points. So war declined. and a question, would the war have went on if I was gone? I am in V mode and he declared without any knowledge of me being there...

we declare war and once we declare war the war have to go on unless one of us surrenders you message the leader informing him and you declare war seen we are the declarers the war go on he can't decline it let's the war began

you got 5 members over 10 k points we can still attack them so what you saying is that you surrenders?
