is a weeks worth of inactivity enough to allow me to attack more than 5 times in the 24 hour period with out a War being declared?

War is not declared with due to bashing.

I found the Bashing Rule in the other forum.......I was meaning that I know that I can attack non stop if there is a war declared, that I already knew.

I just wasn't sure how long they had to be inactive before I could bash them.
from what I read though, as long as there is an (i) for inactive next to their name then I can Attack and farm. right?

Correct.....farm away.
