Looking For Alliance

I am very active player, with little bit experience from the other Zorg's sister game. This is the second game I play. I am willing to learn and hoping to grow strong every day.
I am looking for an Alliance which is contain with Fleeter mostly, not too crowded with members (15 is a maximum number).
