The Systems Alliance Council is a new alliance looking for active players to join us. It doesn't matter what your ranking is, just that you come online regularly. New members may recieve boosts to help them develop if they need it, and all members can expect help defending their planets should they require it, so long as they have an ACS Depot at the planet under attack.

Any active player can become a member, but I an also looking for leaders. Leaders will have all the rights I have as founder, and should be prepared to help new members with their fleet, advice, and if necessary, with boosts (within the confines of milking rules of course).

All major decisions that effect the alliance as a whole will be put to a vote. All members have a say in how the alliance is run.
