Yes, I will agree with you that the alliance leader should be leading by example through fleeting, but that does not mean that the fleeter is always the best leaders. If you have miners that have leadership skills, put them in the same position. A good alliance should have a mixture of style, miners for trading and fleeters for the punch. Good luck.

I agree kick, you do come across certain core members that deserve it any style, as long as they Have a mind set of keeping the alliance small with no naps , keep the alliance fleeter orientated with targets, I look at ROG AOD, with AOV who else? Such a crime to their fleeters with so many targets they cant attack that have no future in ZE in their own ranks when others grow off them, I welcome their fleeters, last I counted AOD had 125 members, ROG look at them, we believe in high rank as alliance through alot of low quality players, I called them out, just dismantled a couple ROG last night back to noob status cant hit them anymore, I got AOD members looking mmmmm mmmm good, I do cal them out even as myself, you can dismantle all my defenses, I can dismantle all your noobs with enough td points to win a war decaration lol Man kick 1655 posts! If you raides and attacked as well as you post here Id give ya a medal for most raids ever:)

Other than that people Id like to offer strategy to those that come in to our ranks to be successful. There are some big people out there, Like Death, doesn't matter what new changes comes to the game, who can take him, he has mines so great he can build a fleet in a day to kill you (most anyway) That's the kind of players we are looking for, those that play smart, are active, don;t get crashed stupidly, that invest their resources into becoming a top player in this game, We look to strive through quality

I wanna take this time to let everyone know our direction as an alliance. We are New Alliance, all of you are noobs, only one that has fleet is me. Right now I am accepting all members into us hoping for some shining stars to be up there with me attacking on large scales, killing big fleets, and owning the game. I got the know how to get there, Iim here to help you develop into a master of this game, with fleet, Im looking for members that can get there, and that are aggressive as me, and attack everyone that you can that makes you profit. Then move on to hunting other fleets. It ***** for you all right now I know, I was there, building.... look at it this way, get that stupid azz buliding done, and from there its only build ships and kick azz, thats where I want you all , kicking some nazi azz! I promote fleet, but want you set up right to be a fleeter for life, and the building needs to be done. Im close to lvl 30 all mines, which is nothing really, just gotta do it, that will make me around 500 battle cruisers a day plus what I attack for! Not bad, more if I work on power and up crystal. How I grew fast , in my first week I was hitting a top 100 ranked player, tho that may not be possible for all, there are free resources all around you, get them and grow! Spread out for more targets, if your thinking about clumping all planets in one system and galaxy, I will boot your stupid azz as once your done building mines, fleet right? now your fracked cuz now your fleet can only go so far, SPREAD OUT, probe all around you, and hit it hard to grow as fast as you can. Do it Do it, Do it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont get me wrong.....I encourage investments to mines for 1k BC a day ......but fleeting gets you there faster, even if you crash, a rebuild and go at it again is faster than waiting on mines. Thanks for the speeling,( did I speel that right) as I dont care when Im attacking and crashing people, as our alliance has grown through attack, forcing members, and will dwindle down to the few great and be a lean mean machine, I recall Apps and my original posting as we grew by aggressiveness and wouldnt have it any other way, we do not accept apps, we attack and judge you to be worthy of our ranks, we dont accept any dip **** that applies and just becomes a farm alliance like AOV, AOD, ROG, Kreig, and singlelarity that are great for crashing right now

Many ways to skin a cat, But after vmodes, I only got barley 2 1/2 months or less in actual play when alot got where I am in alot more time, specially ace being so timid. Fleet is power to grow fastest, your ways is a way, but not our way, and fleet is the way

Many have quit under us, few that has hope has joined, we are very active, with well over 100 circs a day and active chat, cant ask for more having fun fleeting:)
