Sorry, I forgot to mention that We follow a mixed system.

Some posts like the founder cannot be changed hence we have to follow empire system upto some extent but we do even follow Democratic government that is the members vote and opt for the posts and are selected through voting.

I went for this becausea steady interaction is maintained in the alliance.
