The alliance Black Empire is now a recruiting.
The ten point limit has now been exceeded and there is now a 25 point limit.
We are an alliance of mixed strategies. People from all different types of playing styles.
We are not an alliance who will just give out resources for you to grow. We will not accept cheaters.
Also please remember to fill out the applications. It makes it easier for everyone in the alliance.
