On the left click on "search".
In that window there is a pull down that has different options -- choose alliance tag -- in the space type "Krieg"
Clicking on that will bring you to a window that should have an option that says "Submit application"
It will look like a regular message -- Hit send and you have applied -- You will be accepted ASAP!
