1. Im the only admin for the DosShell alliance
2. No fighting with in the alliance

Give it time. You have to get a few people to start, and grow from there. After you start getting a few members everything becomes easier (or harder depending on how many

Alliances take lots of work and effort... start by asking people without an alliance, within 3 or 4 systems of you to join, give them good ranks and support them, get them to help you expand further!
With more than one person the job gets done quicker!
