Give it time. You have to get a few people to start, and grow from there. After you start getting a few members everything becomes easier (or harder depending on how many ). Good luck to you and your alliance. If you have any questions, or want advice, feel free to ask me.

Alliances take lots of work and effort... start by asking people without an alliance, within 3 or 4 systems of you to join, give them good ranks and support them, get them to help you expand further!

With more than one person the job gets done quicker!
