NEMESIS... Future Tense

I just wanted to clear up some misconceptions and answer some questions people had. Thanks for those who were interested in NEMESIS as a future alliance or were just curious about its future.

I created NEMESIS again for a placeholder. I had not been really active in ~V~ and when they reformed, I didn't want to be dead weight. At the moment, I am considering where and if I willreturn to Zorg Empire.

Thank you for the people who expressed interest. If I should choose to reform NEM I will be interested in some of you. If I did that, I expect I would ride solo for a bit to get a grip on the current happenings of the game. So that is all a good bit away.

I was very proud to be a part of ~V~ as well and I would find it strange navigating waters without some of my closest friends in the game.

As for you Paradox, you really are a silly girl. I had a great time with you and Flyfoot and the rest of players that were part of NEMESIS, some of the most fun I have had. As Stephen Donaldson questioned, "What is worse than taking away everything a man has? Giving it back broken."

Any pledge or promise you may have made was considered null and void the day you betrayed me. You were a very good player and your skill and leadership have improved immensely. However, you still have much to learn. The first being that betrayal for short term interests ALWAYS hurt your long term best interests. Those you can trust are a far greater commodity than any other resource or relationship you will ever have.

Well Khan, I hope you return soon. You're an amazing player and it would be a real loss to the community if you quit. Then who would come up with all the cheesy puns?!

Khan, I wish you'd return as well. You're at times a very irritating and verbose adversary. But I like that. No one can deliver a veiled and esoteric flame like you can.

Im going to join my voice to the wellwishing that you come back Khan, you're a good player and a good debater. Ive not *directly* come up against you yet, but I know Defiant and Anubis for example have only the highest respect for you as an adversary. We need more of your calibre, not less.

Hi Khan,
Your concept seem to be much interesting to me as I am not getting the exact hold of it. I hope you don't mind if I ask you to explain me in detail what exactly NEMESIS is. Honestly I don't have any clue. Please help me. Thanks.

Nemesis was a fine alliance before ,some of their members joined ~V~ (the former allaince before VVV,I dunno if you are aware of that) I am not sure 100% why Nemesis ended but Khan joined ~V~ at one point.I think hes trying to say that he dont know if he will be back or not and probably he will reform Nemesis if he will come back and will invite the players who are still interested in reforming Nemesis with him leading them.

Thanks Rukai. That is a pretty good description from an outside source.

I had actually originally created the NEMESIS alliance in a totally different type of game than this. Like Zorg Empire, I grew tired and stopped playing a few times. Some of the players from that place came to Zorg Empire, including the two best players from there. One of them was in my alliance in the other game. Almost all of them are gone now. Names forgotten to time, like Crip, Terd, HBK, TallkId, etc..

There was one who stayed. Though it was debatable who the best was, most of the players from there thought this guy was the best. His name? Sadbutrue. Sad and myself had chatted many times about strategy and other things and we knew each other pretty well.

In the other place, I had come back after a break and found a number of different alliances already in place. I was able to recruit the other top guy from there, HBK, but with the exception of Sad, most of the other quality players had already joined one alliance or another. So I set about finding the "next wave" of great players. Things went according to plan and the alliance became one of the most dominant in the game. HBK left. I stopped playing a little while after that, but most of the players I had recruited blossomed into the next generation of great players.

Anyway, I had worked with Sad from the beginning in Zorg Empire and he had given me a few tips that helped my own progression. We discussed repeating what I had done in the other place and I began to recruit players I saw as the next generation of great players.

I missed a few, but also scored big with a few and some of those players went on to become the elite. We learned a great deal from each other and prospered, but it came time to rejoin Sad and become part of ~V~ (Vengeance). So, the first wave of NEM moved into ~V~. That included me, Paradox and another outstanding player, Flyfoot. At the point GenWickedDees took over and picked up right where we had left off. Flyfoot had some real life stuff going on and left. I grew bored shortly thereafter and went into a long vacation mode. Paradox wanted to do her own thing and left and formed Twin Runes with Istaltris. Later, the next generation of NEMESIS moved up to ~V~ including GenWickedDees, Klizac and Pkromm. After those guys moved up, NEMESIS kind of lost its direction. Though there was still some bright spots, they eventually disbanded altogether. The players all went their own way.

When ~V~ disbanded, I created the NEMESIS as a placeholder in case I decided to come back. Though I will probably return at some point, I am taking a break from the game. However, when I recreated the NEMESIS alliance, I got a bunch of Personal Messages from people who were either interested in joining NEMESIS or just interested in their future direction. That is why I created the thread.

As of right now, NEMESIS is in stasis.
