You can't trade res for pics, however I believe you may charge rubies. Cool pic btw

Yep, like Eric said, taking res would be milking. But you can ask for rubies in exchange for your services.

Non Agrregion acts usually and most of the times means you are allied with that alliance in some way so allies would be a somewhat accurate description but there are those iffy N.A.P.'s that are with different terms like you cant attack our noob players or you can only attack our members who are inactive and so on...
