Rising Nova is open for new members and recruiting! We are friendly, open, helping, and active!
We operate under the Tag Nova.
We ask that our new members have the following:
-3000 Points
-200+ ships (not counting Solar Sats. or Espionage ships.)
-You must be active!
We do make exceptions to the first two rules if you submit a very good application. We love helping our new members and are always full of advice.
