Azguard Alliance is a growing alliance as you all know,We are in the proccess of weeding out the "unproductive",and we are also getting a better grip on orginazation as well,Some of us (not all yet) are very orginized and working hard to make the Alliance better

i am also a new player who is looking for an alliance, not that i am of a lvl that can help in big events but i am moving forward with a fast pace

You have several choices for a new alliance. You can choose one of the larger ones with lots of activity on the forums and circular mail or a smaller one where individual attention and assistance in growing as a player is more focused.

As the leader of RAWK, I extend an invitation to the latter. We're a small alliance with the majority being skilled players from similar games. If you decide on another alliance based on their size, I wish you good luck and happy hunting!
