I agree with your last post up to this point..1st off every player not in your alliance is an opponent. Therefore... I could have someone create an account... not in the same alliance and .. they could send me resources. All they have to do is say it was a mistake. and I keep those resources...that would be a cow account and nothing more than milking.. Any resources sent to any player other than what you have already posted has to be a trade...or it is classed as milking.. As you also rightly put each player must play their account to their own best interest..sadly your analogy of a ninja or stolen DF...is nothing like this...a ninja is a counter measure to an attack...defensive action. Stealing a DF...well to be honest and fair... a DF is not anyone's until it is has been collected. by whoever.

The rules state movement of resources from one player to another by transport mission must be in line with trade or boosting rules...and as Zorg has said this did happen to me in reverse and I was made to return it... Thus I understood this to be a game rule.. However reading Zorg's reply I am somewhat confused it is either the rule or it is not...

Once again I make a simple mistake that is blown out of all proportion and for what reason...?...I must be truly loved..

It's open to abuse...that's the problem...other than that I would actually agree with you (for once lol)...

Guess what I agree with you on that...If it was not for the rule and what happened to me in the past with the risk of both of us receiving a ban...I may have just taken it on the chin...but with all this unnecessary stuff...when all
I did was simple ask for it's return to prevent any problem...It was not me that then went against the rules...

There was no need for any of this...I even told FH to keep a few kk for his expenses/trouble... before Zorg said it...

makes me wonder if some players have got nothing better to do...

Sure someone could do this. Someone could also create a cow account and let themselves be crashed or raided by certain players and not others even with the rules as they are... everything is potentially open to abuse. It's always impossible to tell for sure, but usually there are good clues that give insight into the real difference. In this case, it is obvious to all that it is a mistake on your part... one that, in my humble opinion, it would be better if you had to live with. We should all have to live with the mistakes we make in game.

That said, if Zorg has decided otherwise, so be it.

FGS... I have already agreed with this if you had been bothered to read this reply before your posted the above..

Decision has been made we all now have a reference... let's put this to bed... I fully accept that what ever I do or say will be taken down altered / twisted and used against me.

I read your previous response, thanks. What I was explaining was that attack missions can be abused just as easily as transport missions. So why should transport missions receive a special status? That's all I'm getting at.

But, again, if Zorg has made a final decision, so be it.

Not relevant...... this was a genuine mistake that certain players thought could get players banned....and even if players were allowed to keep any mistaken res that was sent to them then players would abuse this....attack abuse is another subject and all know it has happenened....Zorg has ruled on this now ....no rules broken nor intended ....I await Megas apology........

PS. Gozar where's my deut???? :D

It is relevant, actually... You're missing the point I'm making... Why should two mission types be treated differently if both are equally open to abuse? Attack missions are treated on a case by case basis. In my opinion, it would be good if transport missions were as well.
