#12Well first of good luck on the grass field to find the wolves, the sheep and the turtles. May they rise on there own stem of understanding rooted with the knowledge that u going to share. Seems like you have setup a nice balanced coordination. Glad to see the nicest (well at least one for sure 
) ppl to be taking care of the newbies.
From personal experience of taking in starters to bring them to the next line of contenders in the game, i would say you will find this task rather exciting than most thinks, sharing knowledge is always a satisfaction on its own, but seeing someone using it to improve themselves is another level of reward.
There will be constant challenges of slowing down due to inactivity and dropping off, but don not loose ur momentum, u have a strong base point to give them a face. that would come in handy.
For me we grew side by side. Still learning so its the progress both individual and alliance wise gives me my reward.
Apart from that, from one training alliance leader to another, I will extend my help to anyone that seeks it for knowledge in game and in the chat room if i am there for you and your disciples.

#14I just called you the forum mod because forum mods have chat modding rights too. KM is the chat mod because he is not a forum mod. Sloth is obviously the head in this equation.
