At anyrate, I started PHAIL, reeve-o is a friend of mine in real life and i finally convinced him to join, we're just looking for scrubs or new players to join so we atleast have something that is an ideal member base.

They're the same thing. Just emphasize the things Lakarin and I pointed out and you'll do fine.

When i was looking at alliances i looked for a team that i would benefit the most for joining and that would benefit the most from having me. you want to group with people that play like you.
