Destroyer needs a tweak

Don't bash me to death, I think Destroyer needs a tweak

Lunar Guardian replaced Destroyer's original purpose, now what good is Destroyer?

Propose:

Increase Rapid Fire against Lunar Guardian from 4 to 6.
Increase Rapid Fire from RIP from 5 to 6

This way Destroyer is a better counter to Lunar, and weaker against DS

there is a cost ratio in game for putting Dessies at a place where it is effected with a number of them put together but they are damn costly to operated as well.

LG's have an unique role in game which Dessies never had.... killing RIPs. Which dessies were never that much.

Agreed on the Dessies RF disadvantage over LG's but not the RIP one its already over powered against BC so much bc against RIP is just obsolete now. What u suggested next to RIP dessies will just behave like RIPs.

but agreed compared with the Cost ratio between BC and Dessies

1 DD = 60K metal + 50K Cry + 15k deu = 220,000
1 BC = 30K metal + 40K Cry + 15k deu = 170,000

the ratio is as close to 7:5 where the RF over LG for Dessies to bc is same.

so 4-6 RF over LG is reasonable.

SPY, The real problem is not only the production cost of Destroyer, but the 4 TIMES operating cost over BC (1000 deut vs 250 deut)

That's why i think increase rapid fire against Lunar slightly is reasonable too

I disagree. I think Destroyers are good the way they are. There is no point comparing them with BCs if their WSA is different, and so are the RF values from and against other ships.

I actually think the RF from RIPs should be decreased from 5 to 4...
