Newbies on Extreme - Need more.

Top players have big points on extreme now but we need to help the new players building quick to make there mark.

Now I will leave the new server in the hands of ZE but we should still be working on keeping new players in the game. I have to say i do disagree a bit that a player see's a big top player and quits because of it.

But lets try something new, lets see if by given a noob more to start with we can encourage them to stay longer.

How about when a new player starts, they get the following.

Planet: Same as it is now
Moon: on there main
Metal: 1,000,000 Crystal 500,000 Deut 500,000
Rubies: 10
Buildings: They automatically start with Metal mine 3, Crystal mine 2 and Deut mine 1 with Solar Plant 5.
Research: Esp tech level 3
Ships: Small Cargos 50, recyclers 50, 500 light Fighters, Probes 1000 and 1 colony Ship

Be interested to know players thoughts?

those buildings will not give 1 point i think
but players should start at 0 points
and maybe if they re open the game for the second day they will get those fleets like a gift :)

The moon idea will just create more crippled ze fleeters who actually wont ever appreciate the true nature of fleet saving.

adding more than 200K res each category is a clear trap for newb's to get raided massively. when u start it takes around 2-3 days to get enough mining structure for anyone to spend more than 500K. so the more res doesnt really mean faster growth rather it just means they will only spam defense to get not raided when they start. and while at the beginning of the game spending a major share of res just on defense is a big time waste.

point wise lets see how much is the res spend is worth. its 2.000.000 res spend so 400 points. thats around 700th ranking in ze extreme. and 2000 points is around 500 rank so around 200 players are free to raid on each other, if that is how it is just think if a starter finds a player with 50 starter farms all around he probably going to get almost exponential growth. just from the extra res that the newb's cannot spend on.

I think for starter res 300K 200K 150K each res type consecutively is fair enough for a newb player to get. It lets them the urge to grow more so that they earn and the initial inertia of the game lets them help adept.

I dont like the starter fleet bonus. I think it should only be given as a game tutorial manner... like when u unlock a certain type of ship you get a few for bonus for the first time. not all but a few. it keeps them at game to unlock those to get some free. cause face it BONUS sales more than FREE when you are in a carrier.
