Petition: Add a TD limit for the mark of war end. (how much is the max can be argued, lets say 70% of total waring parties possible TD based on both defense and shell. suggestions are expected how to make it more subtle but defo not mandatory).

Reasoning: It defines a goal for a war. and yes u can declare farther war after the previous one. but i am asking this to make an episodic war rule. u can do war in parts.

I am suggesting this just so the players get a bit more excitement out of the war topic.

Makes perfect sense to me. I like it.

WAR rules has been so far a field that was decided solely by the players, governed by the moderators.
If need be, we will need to be through a total revision and adjustment which can be different for each universe.

The best solution will be to get player ideas structured, filtered by moderators and certified by the dev team.
A good point to start could be the current war rules.
