How about a default fleet setting. Somewhere you can select a certain fleet size, disposition, have it as a default.

For instance, raiding. Instead of probing worlds, then having to select the ships needed every time, you could just have have a default.

So, all targets scanned. Fleet selected, Default:1 Composition of fleet 250 BC's, 2 EC's. Just a single click to select that size and composition of fleet.

It could come under the fleet screen heading, as is, we have the "All ships" option. Perhaps a drop down box where you could have up to 5 defaults?
