it would be nice to have a tab in the overview screen that tells you the total amount of resources in the air.
would be nice if its just a hidden window that states the amount from incoming raids, another for planet to planet

draft an example (overview and popup window)? I don't see what you mean... while it could be useful, if its raids, i have a rough idea, if i realllly want to know how much i have coming in, i just add it up.

while this might be useful, i'd rather development went into other aspects.

if you have 'show returning fleet' selected in your options then you may simply hover over the mission type of the returning fleet in the overview.
