Each player should have a section where they can write a sentence or two under Profile, like a manifesto, or a signature. So when other players click on the name, they can see the quote.

i.e.

1) Come attack me, I will not retaliate.

2) I came, I saw, I fleeted

3) Let them talk, for my RIPs will silence them all!

The forums already allow you to use a signature, which shows up on ALL of your posts

Look in the User Control Panel under the profile section, you'll find the signature editor there.
