Yup, pupairo your model pretty much sums it up,

regarding the deleted section...Do any messages placed here by yourself get deleted (for example every 2 days)
and the other message boxes' messages don't get deleted?

If not then there is no need for the deleted section as the messages will be deleted automatically, at varying times depending on the type of message.

Well, I was thinking to put that folder there just in case you wanted to find something you accidentally deleted. The only messages that would go there would be the ones you delete yourself. I really didn't envision the messages to be deleted after an amount of time.
