well yes of course. but they wont be learning from eachother, they will be learning from the tutorial. and they will still be able to join an alliance from in that galaxy so they will still have the access to advice from the stronger players. and on top of that im willing to bet the tutorial will talk about how to join an alliance and how there is much advice that can be gained from joining one.

and yes that is true thinman i have done the same. but not everyone will. in fact very few ppl will do that to lower ranked ppl.

i agree with thinman there is one guy i crash every few days i made a deal i return half and will help him on the way

If the new players are seperated from the rest, are they not at a disadvantage in that they cannot raid heavily resource laden players to boost their growth?

no because there wil be all the planets of low level inactives around them. there would be plenty or res around them lol

as someone said earlier lmost low point inactives are 1-5 pionts so no res to raid realy so its a more slow and tedious growth than even now
