[Approved] A new button in espionage reports

It will be pretty useful if there was a recycle button in the espionage reports that would automatically populate the coordinates into the fleet launch screen.
Like when you press the attack link and it populates the coords for the attack it should have the same thing for recycling, I hate forgetting the coords and needing to check multiple times if I have it correct or launching my recs to the wrong location.
It would streamline things a little bit.
