I would love to be able to see alliance rankings based on points per member and number of members, in addition to what is already available of course.

Maybe if you could click on the title for a column and have it rank the alliances based on that columns values.

Eg.

Click members and it will order the alliances based on how many members they have, points likewise, and of course points per member.

It's kind of simliar to the internal alliance member rankings which can be sorted in this way.
