[Implemented] Fleet Menu

On the second page of the Fleet Screen (where you're selecting coords) at the very bottom, there's a section for ACS attacks seen here:
Given how ACS Attacks are pulled off, seen, and how players are notified and invited, this section is rather superfluous and takes up room. I'd like to see it removed, if possible.

i would like to see that implemented as well. it takes the fleet menu to one page for me in my laptop wide screen which will be awesome to have.
i use 1280x800 that hides the "continue" button due to that acs row. would be nice not to have to scroll down the fleet menu.

Removed. No need to put acs fleets there after all, indeed. It is much more tidy with current spots.
