[Implemented] Elite Rec

I think now that the Elite Cargo is so god dam good that we should have an Elite Rec.

This is Gozar and Klizacs idea but they havent posted it yet, so i will lol.

Togs and Istas great input as always

Elite Recycler

As the universe evolved, debris fields became larger, and a need to recover resources was discovered. A new type of Recycler was retrofitted with a more efficient combustion engine and larger cargo holds

(Displayed in fleet menu in Shipyard)
Elite Recycler
Enormous size Recycler Ships.
Resources Needed : Metal: 2.000.000 Crystal: 1.000.000 Deuterium: 300.000

(Displayed if you click on the Elite Recycler)

Each Elite Recycler can gather 8,000,000 units of debris.

Rapid Fire Against Espionage Ship 5
Rapid Fire Against Solar Satellite 5
Rapid Fire From Death Star 300
Structure points 3.000.000
Shield Strength 10
Attack Points 1
Cargo Capacity 8.000.000 Units
Base Speed 3.500
Fuel Consumption (Deuterium) 15.000

EDIT-

Under the Tech tree would be displayed:

Elite Recycler

Ship Yard (Level 7)
Shield (Level 10)
Combustion Engine (Level 10)
Zorg Physics (Level 2)

The scaling of recyclers is a good idea to fit in with the cargo evolution, but Impulse is too much imo. Slightly better fuel efficiency would be an adequate bonus for going quality over quantity, but recycling has always and should always be about timing.

Yes, I think you are right. An increase in speed would be an excellent bonus for these ships either with Impulse or a more efficient Combustion engine. ;)

completeley agree, 100% with u on that, as long as they are a bit faster then a regular recycler, itll help more

Just a little note - you should probably include some sort of Shielding Tech requirement, as the original ship does.

EDIT - Also, structure points don't include the deuterium taken to build.

Ok so we need to modify the original post with this:

1. Switch the Impulse to Combustion level 10??
2. Tech requirement of Shielding level 10 (at a minimum).
3. Change the Structural points to 3.000.000
4. Change the Base speed to 3.500.

How is this? :dance:
