[Implemented] Decimal seperator

I think all numbers should have decimal separators as to make reading them easier, particularly in the combat reports!

there is even a small bug on the galaxy view when u send a rec of probe the thousand seperator disappears in the amount of recs/probes.

but how would you separate them? would you use the . like much of the world or the , like the US. or would you put a space instead of a . or , like the scientific community does as a compromise?

seeing as how the resources tab has periods, I'd use that. But it doesn't matter really, as long as it consistent throughout

I know I was really confused when I started the game with the decimal separators... i was like wtf why did my res go from 900 to 1 D:?

Lol flame much? Some places use periods to separate numbers, like used in ZE, but others use commas instead. So at first glance, if you're unfamiliar with the setup, it could confuse someone.

america is the only place that uses commas i dont see why it should be used here im in favor of the scientific way as a compromise and its not flaming its just a statement that casts them in a bad light lol

And I'm an american, your point being? That statement was total flame and was completely uncalled for... sorry that I've never seen number separated by a decimal before... usually those are only reserved for DECIMALS.

yes well we americans are idiots i mean look at us we have measurements based on 8... 8 i mean how idiotic is that i mean which is easier to count by 10's (metric) or 8's (U.S. custom)?
