I've made this suggestion before, but there seemed little discussion

Where 'alliances' boast:

1) Zero members
2) Inactive members only, with NO leader in existence
3) Only members who have ALL been inactive for more than six months

I should think we could be rid of them

There are 144 alliances in Standard, and I dare say more than 100 do not actually exist

(143 as of this post) i'd be willing to venture that there are closer to 10 valid alliances in standard.

Yeah, I noticed that earlier. 0 point alliances in the rankings? It's weird.

Delete all alliances on all servers that have zero or deleted leadership

A manual run of the cleaner removed 11 alliances. All the rest have at least 1 member in (leader or not).
