[Implemented] 1-10% option for Fleet movement

As I have a real life, job, and all that nonsense I would like to see an option to either type in the speed percentage I would like to fly at, or at least have the option of 1-10% so I can dial in my fleetsaves without having to lose sleep to get the timing right. I think this may have been suggested before, but I cannot find it or remember what the general consensus was.

yes please ... even if its implemented via a new technology ...
e.g. ship navigation control level 4 ... speed increments of 5%
level 8 .... .... 3%
12 2%
16 1%
?
the "system" already allows non 10% increments automatically via the acs system... so it is technically possible to have better refinement of ship speed.

have reviewed the viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9115 topic of Nuada
i dont see any problem with lanx, from the movement cost viewpoint there maybe an issue, so why not keep movement cost pegged to the current 10% bands ie you can move at 1% but it costs the same deut wise as 10%...
still thinks this makes for a fairer/better game

+1 cause it'll really help alot of players and because i am busy during the day so i cant always catch my fleet on the returns

the farther breakdown of the fleet speed will give the following advantages.
> more air time for fleet saving.
> a much better adjustment to match rec fleet and attack fleet.
i am still debating if i want this or not. i will wait for more reasons.

Pros:
You don't need to have strategic planet locations for safer FS.
Less fuel consumption.
Cons:
It might make some of the coolest tricks: Blind lanx and half blind lanx, obsolete.
Trying to track down which moons a player is using for FS becomes harder.

You listed that finding which moon a player fleetsaves from is a con? Priorities, my friend. How is that completely a bad thing?
