I'm afraid that if you give it RF from something like the Destroyer (Which has more attack then it has shields, already) then the simple RIP/Dessy spam will still be just as effective.

How about adding in a RF of 2 from BC/BS? A BS firing two times would put it over the shield value already and a BC of 2 puts it right below the shield value. This still makes LFs much more effective, so I guess it'll do. A Destroyer with a RF of anything would simply eat through any of these ships with no problems at all, no matter how many you sent. I do agree with giving Plasmas a RF against them, since this should keep turtles from getting dominated.

That would put the table as...

Against Solar Sat: 5
Against Espionage Ship: 5
Against Death Star: 10

From Light Fighter: 10
From Heavy Fighter: 3
From Cruiser: 3
From Battleship: 2
From Battlecruiser: 2
From Plasma Cannon: 2

Any more Rapid-fire and I think they'll just be way underpowered. Possibly drop the LF RF down a bit, maybe to a 7?

so far it sounds like a completely usleless addition to any fleet or planet .i thought something like star treks Defiant small fast overpowered in defence and attack prob more expensive to run than a bomber and the rappedfire tables so far also seem pointless also if it has anything near the cost to build and high techs its not gonna help the majority of players at lower levels that really need it and to spend that much on a fleet that is only good vs rips is not going to change things alot and and doesnt rapid fire vs lf mean the rappedfire could still be confused and render the lunar gaurdian usless when a large fleet of lf is sent in with rips .i just dont see why the cost needs be so high if it is designed as defence vs rips it is a specialty ship designed for a purpose so it could be small fast and way over powerd vs rips without the need to stay uniform with the other ships in size and power vs res cost .

First...The attack/defense is balanced out by RF.

Second...What are you talking about the high cost to build? It's in the same price range as the Battleship. ANYONE can afford Battleships.

Third...It doesn't have RF AGAINST LF. It has RF FROM LF.

Fourth...Once again, the cost is the same as a Battleship.

If you're referring to another suggestion besides the latest one, then I apologize but this wasn't the most coherent of posts.

lf or hf same difference dude and the majority of posts where cost is involved the prices are much more expensive than a bs man i dont know how much your bs cost man but mine dont cost millions .i think making moons harder to pop is more useful atm if people take time to be online and maintain their fleet they should be able to keep it safe or there is really not much point in playing

Like I said, not the most coherent of posts.

As for your complaints, the LAST suggestion for a ship IS the same price as a BS. And it doesn't have RF against anything but Probes, Sats, and RIPs.

Over the years, crafty emperors of Zorg Universe looked for ways to defend colonies and lunar bases against the massive firepower of Death Stars and their Graviton Cannons. Eventually, they realized that they could harness and reflect the energy from these cannons. The result was a brand new ship, named the Lunar Guardian to reflect the purpose it was first created.

As the technological advancements in shield technology increased through the Universe, durable shields were made cheaper and cheaper as the years went on. Small, cheap ships were able to be outfitted with more powerful shielding. Thus, the Lunar Guardian was created. This small lightweight ship boasted relatively quick speeds, but also sported stronger shielding than the other light ships. Coupled with the ability to deflect Gravitons back at its attacker, it quickly became the go-to ship for countering the once all-powerful Death Stars.

Also, I BELIEVE I've made both of the descriptions grammatically correct, but I'm still a bit unsure on the last sentence of the first paragraph as it sounds too choppy. Any help with that would be nice.
