I think that if you have a fleet of a few thousand Death Stars that increasing the duet consumption by 300% will have an effect. Also because you may have missed it let me quote Zorg again

These decisions are not to be part of controversy. We only seek the right balance. We are interested in proposed ideas exactly on consumption. Shoot away with your reasoning. We will take a final decision in few time.
The way that I decided on 3 for the Death Star is that it is a full 300% more duet than before and 7 duet lower than the next closest ship. Although now that I think more about it the Death Star should be changed to 5 instead. The reason I suggested 2500 is because currently the Destroyer has the highest Duet consumption at 2000 and I got the idea from reading the description that a big deterrent to having a massive fleet of lunar guardians was that they would be too expensive to fleet save. However I would not be opposed if it were dropped to 2200.
I am 100% opposed to increasing the speed of the Death star because it will make it difficult if not impossible to do a long fleet save and to do a 2-3 day fleet save will become expensive because you will have to start hopping galaxies to do them.
To summarize I now want the Death Star to consume 5 Duet and the Lunar Guardian to consume 2200 Duet.
