Bug Description:
I spy a planet.

I see a planet with a small shield dome as defense.
I fire a missile upon it
Then i launch some cargo ships to grab the resources.

The attack will faill in case i do not spy the target again before the impact of the fleet.
In the attack report the small shield dome is still displayed.

In case i spy before the actual attack impact the attack will succeed.

How to repeat
Try it yourself and you notice the same thing.

I have seen this before but I cannot remember if it was reported. Sounds like code needs a tweak.

It happens even after the IPM has hit. Try it and see the results.

Working fine in massacre I used ipm against 2 rls I killed. Them

I agree an update is needed here. Whatever causes innate confusion needs to be resolved. I have included this in our list of priorities.
