a bad server response

getting big times when interact with generals server
It was a real issue. It lasted for about 1 hour.
We are not certain on what caused it but we are monitoring the situation. Network issues derivating from a DDoS attack against some other server in our network cannot be excluded and in the same time we are investigating other cases, such as the issue might be coming from our own mail server.
At all cases, we are doing our best to ensure it will not happen again.
