The tournament server isnt optimized to can be played in mobile like other servers... is that an issue that will be fixed or its that way and wont be avaiable that option to play?!!

You will be able to play just fine from your mobile.

It is like the rest of the universes. Some missing links were restored. You should not encounter any problems.
