The 'upload from machine' option should work off of my phone.

When you are trying to upload a picture for use as your avatar or Sig, you have the option to either use a link to the image, or upload from machine. It is the same in-game as well, I think. But the upload from machine option does not work on the mobile version. It simply has "Uploads Disabled" written in the box where you would normally click "Browse".

Solution is to use a real computer >.>
