All hail the new head chat moderator!

The role of the new head chat moderator is to supervise all Chat issues. Therefore he can give final solutions for anything and more, like select new chat moderators.

A head chat moderator remains a forum mod and is in fact 2nd after the Head Moderator when it comes to forum issues.

Nice, maybe he will actually be in chat since it's now his job?

I'm thinking probably not.
